All customers that has purchased mp3s will have 1 attempt to download each track thats in your account. All customers will have a 48 hour period to download purchased music. After the 48 hours is up, you will have to repurchase the track you are trying to download. If you have purchased a track and received a broken link notice, please email the webmaster immediately to get your order filled as quick as possible.
All physical merchandise (i.e., T-shirts, Hats, Cds, etc.) that is defective may be returned for exchange only pending the return of the defective merchandise. All items that were ordered wrong by consumer error (i.e., ordered the wrong size t-shirt, etc. ) are available for exchange with a 10% penalty for restocking and subject to pay re-shipping fees as well.
